A: If you live in the BC Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 2 business days.
If you live in BC, outside the lower mainland, your product should arrive in 3 business days.
If you live in Alberta, your product should arrive arrive in 4 business days.
If you live in Saskatchewan, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
If you live in Manitoba, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
If you live in Ontario, your product should arrive in 5-6 business days.
If you live in Quebec, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.
If you live in the Maritimes, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.

 

Q: Can I pick my order up in person?

A: Yes, select “Local pickup” in the shipping options of the cart page.

Q: What hours are you open?

A: We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Closed on statutory holidays.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.

 

Q: What credit cards are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards.

 

Q: Do you store credit card information on your servers?

A: No. We believe in your complete security and do not store any credit card information so that your information can never be compromised or stolen.
